All legit customers are eligible for the bonuses, unless the bonus has territorial limitations and the customer is located in one of those restricted territories.
Every bonus granted to an individual is tied to a person by an IP address, computing device, household, physical address, phone number, credit/debit card, e-payment account, email address, and shared computer settings (university, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
If a customer is on a self-exclusion or has a cooling-off period set, such a customer cannot participate in any promotions at FPS Casino, nor can he/she obtain any bonuses while these constraints are active.
A minimal deposit of 10 USD / 130000 UZS is necessary to claim any deposit or cashback bonus, unless otherwise specified in the key terms on the promotional page.
If a customer deposits and agrees to get a Bonus or Free Spins and these are not automatically credited, the customer should restrain from placing any bets. And reach immediately to FPS Casino Customer Support and will investigate and manually issue the Bonus or Free Spins according to current bonus policy. If the deposit has been used before the bonus is credited, it won’t be possible to credit it. Please anticipate up to five minutes for a Bonus to be credited.

FPS CASINO Casino sets distinct conditions for Bonuses and Free Spins. These can include a minimal deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limit of the maximum possible bonus amount, betting terms, limit of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, and time constraint of bonus validity. A wagering requirement determines the number of times needed to play through Bonus winnings before a customer can withdraw money. For instance, if a customer deposits 20 USD and receives a 20 USD bonus with a 40X wagering requirement, s/he needs to wager a total of 800 USD (20 USD x 40) to withdraw the bonus and any winnings.
The ‘My Account > Bonuses’ section shows the customer's wagering progress and what needs to be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
Different games contribute varying percentages towards the wagering requirements:

Customers can revoke any bonuses before meeting the wagering requirements, or prior to fulfilling any wagering conditions, without risking their own funds. If a customer wants to revoke a Bonus, s/he needs to use the ‘cancel’ button in the ‘My Account > Bonuses’ section or contact Customer Support.
When playing with Bonus Cash, the maximum bet allowed on any game is 5 USD or 65000 UZS. This includes double-up bets after the game round is completed. If you attempt to place a bet that exceeds this limit (‘overbetting’), the system will reject the bet.
If you attempt to access a game that is not eligible for bonus play, your entry to such a game will be restricted.
Access to a game that's not allowed with the bonus will be denied if you attempt to play it.

FPS Casino has the right to void the bonus and all winnings gained before meeting the wagering requirements if there's any evidence of bonus misuse or overbetting. Such a decision lies solely with FPSCasino's management.

Once a Bonus has been requested and granted, your funds will be utilized in this order:

real money
bonus funds
any remaining funds

Example: If your account has 5 USD and you deposit 20 USD to receive a 20 USD bonus, your Total Balance is 45 USD. Your Cash Balance is 25 USD and your Bonus Balance is 20 USD. When you begin wagering, 20 USD from your Cash Balance is used first. If this is exhausted, 20 USD from your Bonus Balance is used next, followed by the remaining 5 USD from your Cash balance.

You can withdraw winnings obtained from any Bonus or Free Spin only after all the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
All bonuses will void in 14 days, unless stated differently in the promotion terms.
If the bonus period expires and the wagering requirements haven't been met, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
If your bonus money account balance drops below 0.09 USD, it will be automatically forfeited.
The winnings garnered from utilizing a Bonus will only be eligible for withdrawal once all the wagering conditions have been reached.

23 You can withdraw your real money before meeting the wagering requirements, but by doing so, the Bonus and the winnings generated from it will be forfeited.

Bonuses related to deposits cannot be 'stacked' unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in the key terms on the promotional page. A ‘stacked Bonus’ refers to a bonus that can be claimed while another is still active.
It's not permissible to claim the same bonus multiple times or for players to collude in opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses. If FPSCasino reasonably suspects any bonus abuse, either individually or as part of a group, it reserves the right to:

forfeit the bonus allocated to you and any winnings from that bonus
revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer
block access to specific products
exclude you from any future promotional offers, and/or terminate your account with immediate effect

In addition to the games mentioned in Sections 26 and 27, other games may also be excluded from bonus play on the administration discretion. When a game is barred from bonus play, a notification will be provided upon entering the game, and it won't be technically feasible to wager bonus funds on it. Consequently, all stakes will be deducted from your cash balance, and they will not count towards your wagering requirement. Any game that doesn't allow bonus fund wagering will be treated as a non-bonus game, whether or not it is explicitly listed in Section 26 or Section 27.
“Bonus Buy” features on any games cannot be accessed using Bonus funds.
Risk hedging is not allowed and will not count towards the wagering requirements of any promotion. Players suspected of using risk hedging strategies to claim their bonuses or cash prizes risk having their bonuses, cash prizes, and any resulting winnings forfeited.
You must avoid any behavior intended to unfairly exploit a bonus. FPS Casino reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, void any wager funded by the Bonus, and remove any winnings from such wager at any time and at its sole discretion.
FPS Casino reserves the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to seize all the funds in the account if they were acquired dishonestly, fraudulently, or in violation of these rules.
FPS Casino reserves the right to confiscate any winnings resulting from a faulty bonus setup, human error, or other errors beyond our control.
FPS Casino management reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.

6. Universal Holiday Bonus

Locked Cash Bonuses

Cash bonuses awarded from the Wheel are classified as Locked Bonuses.
